We are a privately owned, highly successful,
market leading and fast moving
IT and Telecoms Managed Service Provider
(MSP) with a HQ in North London. We
are a small but dynamic, expanding
organisation, who provide specialist IT
and Telecommunications solutions
into the Corporate, SME and B2B market. As
part of our ongoing business
success and expansion plan, we now seek an
additional 1st / 2nd Line
IT/Telecoms Support Technician (2+ Years’
Technical Support experience is
minimum) to work as part of the AAG Support
Team, providing IT Support both
remotely and in-person, from time to time.
This is a true Hybrid Working
position, working between Client Sites,
Home-Office and our Company
Offices.

It is essential for this role that you share our passion for
looking after
customers. Hence you must have excellent communication skills
(written and
verbal), that you are very well presented, customer service
focused and have
IT (Desktop / Help-desk) support and ideally some Telecoms
experience. Any
experience of working on and supporting HP, Microsoft,
Azure, Servers,
Printers and Telephone Systems (the more the better) or
other similar
Telecoms/IT products will be advantageous (additional training
provided).

You need to be practical and happy to pickup a screwdriver and
get stuck in
when on site.

You will also need to hold a full UK
driving license and be happy to drive
to Customer Sites, as well as use the
Rail Service where appropriate.

As we serve the Health Care Industry it
is important that we follow legal
requirements for Vaccinations and relevant
boosters.

Role Skills/Experience Needed -

IT support experience is
required (24Months minimum) and ideally some
Telecoms experience but not
essential as this can be taught.

Technically IT competent and keen to
learn new products (training
available).

Knowledge of basic
networking principles.

Raise tickets with supplier/manufacturer helpdesks
and manage to closure.

High level user Microsoft Windows and MS
Server/Office applications.

Use of Helpdesk or ticket management
system.

Ability to work on own and as part of a team.

Good time
management, problem solver.

Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.

IT accreditations (the more the better).

Strong Attention
to Detail

You must have a passion for IT and Telecoms for this
role.

Experience with Firewalls is preferable, but not
essential

Hours - 9:00am-5:30pm Mon-Fri (Out of Hours work
available)
