Job Role:

  • Supporting and maintaining Microsoft based Server/Desktops
  • Troubleshooting and fixing complex system and networking issues
  • Fix issues that have been escalated from the 1st line helpdesk queue
  • Maintain IT customer documentation database
  • On occasion you maybe required to attend customer sites to resolve ongoing/regular issues
