Job Role:
- Supporting and maintaining Microsoft based Server/Desktops
- Troubleshooting and fixing complex system and networking issues
- Fix issues that have been escalated from the 1st line helpdesk queue
- Maintain IT customer documentation database
- On occasion you maybe required to attend customer sites to resolve ongoing/regular issues
