The role requires the successful applicant to provide first and second line telephone, remote and onsite support and installation/upgrade works on a variety of clients in the London area, as well as working with the existing engineering team on projects for clients, such as office relocations and larger infrastructure upgrades.
This is a client facing role, requiring excellent communication skills and a confident smart approach when on site liaising with clients.
The successful candidate must have at least 4 years’ experience working with IT support at first line and second line level, including Windows workstation and server operating systems from XP/2003 through to Windows 10 and Server 2012. Exchange Server experience is also required, as well as networking skills, IP, DNS and domain management.
-Experience running small projects
-vCenter experience essential and VCP preferable
-Solid office 365 troubleshooting skills and preferably experience migrations to 365
-Excellent office troubleshooting skills
-Ability to work under pressure and with the required urgency
