Accounts & Logistics Co-ordinator
Duties:
* Raising and sending invoices
* Credit Control
* Making Payments
* Allocating Banking
* Answering accounts queries
* Agreeing process for lost/damaged items
Logistics Co-Ordination
* Ensure that client collections and deliveries are successful
* Confirm details with clients and take payments
* Plan deliveries and liaise with couriers
* Manage relationships with the landlord and maintenance companies, including security, cleaning, telephone line and insurance suppliers
* Support our Health and Safety agenda
* Complete transport paperwork
