Business Development/Key Accounts Executive

Role Overview:

 

  • Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, expanding our customer base across various industries.
  • Key Account Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Tele Sales: Communicate effectively via phone and email, confidently presenting solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Client Visits: Conduct face-to-face meetings when required to strengthen relationships and close deals.
  • Market Research: Keep informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Presenting & Negotiation: Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to clients, demonstrating product benefits and value propositions.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic engagement and persuasive communication.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

 

  • Proven experience in business development, key account management, or tele sales.
  • Exceptional presenting skills, with the ability to engage clients through compelling pitches and demonstrations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in industrial power control products or related technical sales is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
