Business Development/Key Accounts Executive
Role Overview:
- Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, expanding our customer base across various industries.
- Key Account Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Tele Sales: Communicate effectively via phone and email, confidently presenting solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Client Visits: Conduct face-to-face meetings when required to strengthen relationships and close deals.
- Market Research: Keep informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine and implement effective sales strategies.
- Presenting & Negotiation: Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to clients, demonstrating product benefits and value propositions.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic engagement and persuasive communication.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, key account management, or tele sales.
- Exceptional presenting skills, with the ability to engage clients through compelling pitches and demonstrations.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in industrial power control products or related technical sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
