Job Description
Due to the continued growth and success of the company, we are currently seeking the right applicant to join our small friendly team at our head office.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle inbound enquiries (calls/e-mails) relating to technical issues within company guidelines
- Advise customer on technical matters
- Work towards ‘First Contact Resolution’ to deliver the highest quality customer experience on every transaction
- Work in a manner that promotes and supports the company brand
- Logging customer cases accurately on internal database
- Concluding calls/e-mails professionally
