Finance Manager

 Duties:

• End to end delivery of the monthly management accounts to include improving the process, reporting and insight as the business grows
• Delivering the monthly payment run process
• Provide commercial support for customer contracts and lead on driving down debtor days
• Support supplier negotiations across the business
• Support all external reporting as applicable to include the annual audit
• Support the Head of Strategic FP&A with the annual strategic planning process
• Develop dashboards, reports, and management information to better understand business performance and the key drivers behind it

Candidate Criteria:

• A passion for AR and the potential this technology brings
• An ability to work in a fast paced, often ambiguous, environment learning on the job where required
• People oriented and results driven
• Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• A relentless attention to detail, accuracy & timely delivery
• Ability to partner with senior business leaders

   

• Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
• Experience of working in a start-up environment and/or a global company is desirable, but not essential
