ICT Technician - Essex - £28k - 32k+

The Role :

  • Good Windows 10\11 desktop support & deployment skills
  • Network troubleshooting skills
  • Group Policy knowledge
  • Apple\Google deployment knowledge would be an advantage
  • Full DBS Check required.

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our small vibrant Chelmsford based company supporting Primary schools in the Essex area, with a particular focus on Chelmsford, Witham and Colchester. Work will mainly be on Site but with some remote support included.

Candidate will need to be living in Essex to carry out this role.

The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of Windows 10\11 desktop and some server and group policy knowledge, with at least two years previous experience, willingness to learn new skills and work independently. Excellent communication skills are essential. Previous knowledge of schools ICT would be an advantage.

Knowledge of MDMs, Google, Azure, Microsoft 365 would also be advantageous, as would having worked in Schools.

Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
