Job Role:
- To provide 1st and 2nd line support to users in the business.
- To work on a range of hardware support - including computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Working with the other members of IT team along with the senior management team to understand the upcoming needs and requirements of the IT function.
- Provide remote support for users and staff based in regional offices.
- Provide technical and functional support on applications, portals, software, and support for all products/ equipment implemented in the business.
- Supporting devices and users on a Windows network comprising of Windows Computers and laptops, Active Directory.
- Deploy computers/laptops and devices to users and provide maintenance when required to ensure continuity of day-to-day business.
- Manage security of information as defined in the Security protocol.
