Job Role:

  • Resolve service calls and complete any onsite visits are that required by the helpdesk

  • Respond to customer requests and assist them with hardware or software issues
  • Liaise with 3rd party supplier/solution providers to address customer tickets
  • This role is prominently field based but may require the odd day in the office to cover sickness and holiday.
  • Get involved in projects and installations both mid weekend and weekends (optional)
  • Be part of the onsite rota for external customers
