Experience in understanding technical issues and conveying the issues in a straightforward way to specialist and non-specialist audiences
Good knowledge using an ITSM.
Good knowledge of supporting Windows 10, Mobile Devices and Office365
Ability to work flexibly including capacity to: (i) alter work priorities rapidly/at short notice; and (ii) be responsive to the requirements of key customers.
Ability to work under pressure, sometimes to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining high quality outputs.
Strong inter-personal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels (both verbal and written)
Experience and achievements of driving/leading IT business improvements as part of continuous service improvement plan
