Service Desk Support Analyst (IT/Microsoft Exchange/Active Directory)
 
Microsoft Windows Server and desktop Operating Systems

Microsoft Active Directory

Lotus Notes User configuration knowledge

Microsoft Office Products – Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio would be advantageous

Office 365 User Support

A good understanding of supporting users within a Citrix Xenapp

Remote shadow support tools

Symantec Endpoint Protection support

Apple Ipad and Iphone Support

RIM Blackberry device support

HP Hardware – configuration and trou

 
The ideal applicant will:

·Have relevant IT Service Desk User Support experience within a Microsoft environment.

·Have good communication skills, both written and verbal and a strong command of English.

·Have skills in the following areas:

Previous IT Service Desk Experience

Microsoft Windows Server and desktop Operating Systems

Microsoft Active Directory

Lotus Notes User configuration knowledge

Microsoft Office Products – Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio would be advantageous

Office 365 User Support

A good understanding of supporting users within a Citrix Xenapp
