Increased growth has led to the opening of a new role for an IT Support Engineer to join their Reading based operation:
Job Role:
- Work with the customer IT service desk administrator to deliver IT support
- Install and configure software on customer PCs and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer IT issues
- Support and maintenance of Cloud hosted services and mobile apps
- Information security monitoring
- Support and management of internal IT infrastructure (PC and server hardware, Office 365, Sharepoint, Active Directory)
- Database Administration
