As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient technical support for our client’s equipment. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be tasked with installing computers and peripherals at client sites. Additionally, your duties will include: - Servicing and maintaining equipment to the highest possible standard - Answering incoming technical support calls - Maintaining accurate records - Installing, servicing and operating video conferencing equipment To be considered for this position, you must have: - Solid commercial IT support experience - Sound technical knowledge of hardware - At least 2 years with the same employer during the past 6 years
A valid driving licence will be an added advantage As a Skilled IT Support Technician, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail. A consistent work history is also essential.
