Increased growth has led o the opening of a new role for an IT Technician to join their West London based operation:
Job Role:
As a Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for providing pivotal support to customers and ensuring the smooth installation and functionality of IT hardware and software. You will deal with issues and queries as they arise and guarantee the delivery of a high level of customer service at all times.
Recording key jobs and prioritising them effectively, you will assist and support customers to meet their technical needs. You will also be tasked with servicing and maintaining PCs to ensure reliable performance and operation for customers. This will include upgrading and configuring computers in line with customer requirements, installing software and occasionally visiting customer sites to resolve technical issues and oversee the successful installation of computers and peripherals.
Your other duties will include:
- Delivering and collecting key equipment driving a van in central London
-Ensuring its effective installation - Maintaining accurate records, including recording courier information and service records - Servicing returned computers and repairing equipment - Providing sales support by delivering product knowledge and equipment capabilities
To be considered, you must have:
- Previous experience as an IT technician - Sound technical knowledge of hardware and networking
- A clean driving licence
