- Manage all logistics functions
- Liaising with transport companies, customers and suppliers daily
- Customer product allocation and customer documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and controlling Customer requests
- Maintaining accurate records and controlling weekly and monthly stock taking
- Manage the logistics for the drivers and ensure they are fully trained and competent in their area.
- Manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs
- Coordinate and control the order cycle.
- Evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements
Candidate Criteria:
* Experienced Logistic Manager
* Catering/ White goods Logistics/distribution.
* Knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics and Transport
* Purchasing/Financing experience.
* Proficiency with ERP systems, and good understanding of other inventory related systems.
