Job Description

Increased growth has led to the opening of a new role for a PA Executive to join our clients operation.

This role is to support one of the founding Directors who is primarily engaged in the sales and marketing function of the business.

As such it's a varied role involving sales support, marketing assistance and traditional p.a. tasks.

Working closely with the Director and various external consultants the role includes;

Marketing

  • Carrying out specific projects and research

  • Writing press releases

  • Composing marketing emails

  • Writing reports and analysing data

  • Writing online content

  • Communicating with clients and prospects

  • Coordinating between H.O. marketing and external suppliers

  • Implementing elements of our marketing strategy

  • Arranging promotional events

    Sales Support

  • Processing new sales leads

  • Managing correspondence to clients and sales prospects

  • Monitoring customer accounts

  • Providing data and reports to help the sales effort

  • Keeping track of sales targets

  • Qualifying incoming enquiries

  • Drafting letters, proposals and other documents, such as PowerPoint presentations

  • Maintaining filing systems

    General and administrative

  • Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate

  • Meeting and greeting visitors

  • Managing diaries and making appointments

  • Booking rooms and travel arrangement

  • Attending occasional events and meetings

  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Director

  • Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Liaising with suppliers, consultants, clients, prospects and other staff

  • Deputising for the Director, making decisions and delegating work to others in the his absence
