Sales Admin Supervisor - Milton Keynes - £28K - £30K
Act as Supervisor to the Sales Administrators.
Ensure that activities for the Sales team are coordinated.
Produce a complete and up to date manual for the Sales Manual, to cover all aspects of the Sales Administrator role and all related activities.
Attend Customer meetings as required
Costing Sheets, Sales process documentation, Contracts
Automate processes and monitoring where possible.
Monitor Sales performance and keep track of achievement against requirements and business targets Sales Force.
Manage, invoice and forecast monthly Sales figures ensuring monthly forecast are achieved
Manage systems to enable accurate records on Trial and Demonstration Stock.
Provide quarterly internal and external News Letters, customer communication
Provide cover for Sales Admin, helpdesk Admin and when necessary Helpdesk Supervisor.
Maintenance Contract Renewals, direct (House Accounts) manage (Account Managers)
Obsolescence planning and product replacement
Maintain working knowledge of customers’ charges and process to ensure correct invoicing.
Upgrades and expired warranty customers
Ensure invoices have been received by customers and deal with any queries arising in a timely manner.
Liaise with Finance Department regarding outstanding debt figures,
Provide support to Sales Team in respect to meetings, travel, and exhibitions.
Ensure admin support is provided effectively through the Sales Administrator to Sales Team.
Work with Sales Team and external contacts to maximise marketing activity.
Provide reports as requested by your Manager/ Key Contact.
Supporting Marketing for Exhibitions, promotional materials, video content
Website, maintenance, updates, engage in marketing activities with HQ
Maintain a good working knowledge of all products' features and benefits.
