Sales Team Administrator
Candidate Criteria:
Customer Service and/or Sales.
- Experience using a CRM system to maintain customer records.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales of technical products.
- Level 3 qualification in English or Science-based subjects.
- 1 year of experience in inside sales or administration.
- Experience working for a medium-sized global company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Outlook.
- At least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) in core subjects (English, Maths, Science) at grade C (4) or above. Desirable •
Job Role:
Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers for products and accessories.
- Maintain strong customer relations through email campaigns and sales-related activities.
- Regularly monitor the CRM system to identify current and past opportunities, promoting relevant products to customers.
- Support customers with inquiries, rerouting them to the appropriate department / responsible person where necessary.
- Help generate leads for both short- and long-term sales opportunities.
- Engage with the existing customer base to gather reviews, case studies, citations, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues to maximise sales revenue and deliver excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate customer contact records within the company CRM system.
- Agree upon and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales excellence.
