Sales Team Administrator

Candidate Criteria:

Customer Service and/or Sales.

  • Experience using a CRM system to maintain customer records.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales of technical products.
  • Level 3 qualification in English or Science-based subjects.
  • 1 year of experience in inside sales or administration.
  • Experience working for a medium-sized global company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Outlook.
  • At least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) in core subjects (English, Maths, Science) at grade C (4) or above. Desirable •

Job Role:

Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers for products and accessories.

  • Maintain strong customer relations through email campaigns and sales-related activities.
  • Regularly monitor the CRM system to identify current and past opportunities, promoting relevant products to customers.
  • Support customers with inquiries, rerouting them to the appropriate department / responsible person where necessary.
  • Help generate leads for both short- and long-term sales opportunities.
  • Engage with the existing customer base to gather reviews, case studies, citations, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues to maximise sales revenue and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Keep accurate customer contact records within the company CRM system.
  • Agree upon and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales excellence.
  • Assist the wider sales team with ongoing tenders and sales administration tasks
