Senior Credit Controller - Shoreditch - Hybrid
Responsibilities Proactively chase customers for late payments Telephone Email Improve and maintain customer relationships Investigate and manage customer queries to resolution Update customer records – reissue invoices Liaise with the accounts receivable team for project reconciliation Liaise with sales for commercial disputes Liaise with delivery for progression disputes Keep records as per the companies credit control process/procedures Log contacts made Reassign tasks in where an escalation is necessary Add notes into NetSuite in respect to open queries Input into the continuous improvement of our credit control strategies and procedures Support others within the credit control team Requirements 5+ years credit control experience in a B2B environment Experience of high volumes and managing several hundred projects High attention to detail Excellent organisational and planning skills Ability to work under pressure. Customer focused individual with good communication skills both written and verbal. Proactive with the ability to work as part of the team liaising internally with stakeholders across the business and at all levels Good understanding of Microsoft Office NetSuite and Sage experience would be desirable Previous experience working in the construction industry would be an advantage
