Job Description

Job Role:

* Handling reported customer problems and contributing to their resolution by resolving or escalating as appropriate.

* 1st/2nd & 3rd line technical and business domain support for software product end users and their IT staff.

* Ensuring compliance with our Service Level Agreements

* Identification of common support issues and potential product enhancements which may reduce support incident volume

* Product installation, configuration and troubleshooting

Candidate Criteria:

  • Experience

  • Graduate level education

  • A strong customer focus with a commitment towards delivering results

  • A structured approach to work with the ability to handle and co-ordinate multiple activities

  • Excellent verbal, numerical and written communication skills

  • Previous technical software product support or software development experience

  • Desirable

  • Business domain knowledge of finance, securities finance, stock borrowing and lending or collateral management

  • Software development experience in a C-based language (e.g. C/C++, Java, JavaScript)

  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL or Sybase
