Increased growth has led to the opening of a new role for a Solutions Consultant/Project Manager (Genesys) to join their Bristol based operation:
* Proven experience of understanding the client context, conducting design workshops and preparing functional/technical solution blueprint
* Experience in Genesys Pure Engage
* Experience in Genesys Framework Component (experience in one or more of GVP, eService, GRE, SIP, URS, Info Mart, GMS, OCS, GPlus Integrations, etc.)
* Experience in leveraging Genesys product solution to automate customer service processes like Task Routing, Interaction Routing, CTI Reporting, etc.
* Experience on Auxiliary systems such as CRM, WFM, Speech Analytics, Virtual Hold and in cutting edge technologies including BOT, AI,RPA systems (desirable)
* Working knowledge of capabilities of leading other platform providers such as Cisco, Amazon Connect, Salesforce, NICE, inContact, Verint
* Knowledge of cloud based architecture
* Experience in microservices architecture
* Power shell scripting
Job Role:
* Working with clients to understand business requirements
* Creation of technical design documentation
* Data modelling
* Work to automate all repetitive tasks
* Build and configure CX solutions
* Work with the solution architect to ensure solutions are aligned with the agreed architecture
* Hosting technical pre-sales sessions providing production demonstrations on key use cases for the latest in CX management
